HOOSIER MACARONI AND CHEESE
SOUFFLE
 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
6 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c.+ shredded sharp cheese

Cook macaroni according to package. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Turn into buttered baking dish 9 x 13 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
