CHEESE GRITS SOUFFLE 
Cook until thick - mush:

1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
2 tsp. salt

Melt in:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Beat well, then add to mush:

3 eggs
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Grease 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
