EGG SAUSAGE CHEESE SOUFFLE 
2 c. milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices of cubed bread
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sausage in patties, drain the grease well. Crumble sausage into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, 6 x 10 x 2 inches. Mix rest of ingredients. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Test by sticking knife in and if it comes out clean it's done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
