EGG SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
9 or 12 eggs
3 c. milk
3 slices bread, cut into cubes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. pork sausage
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage, drain. Beat eggs add milk, salt, mustard and stir. Add fresh bread crumbs, sausage, cheese and stir. Put in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
