GLAZED FRUIT 
1 pkg. reg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
Fresh green or red seedless grapes
2 apples, chopped
Slivered almonds

Drain canned fruits very well, reserving juice. Cook pudding mix with 1 cup of the juice (instead of any milk). Stir constantly while glaze bubbles on very low boil. Glaze will change from opaque to clear as it cooks. Chill. Toss fruits with chilled glaze. Garnish with almonds. Serves 4-6.
