GLAZED FRUIT SALAD | |
2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks or tidbits, drain and save juice 1 large can sliced peaches, drain and save juice 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained 1 jar cherries, washed and drained 3 bananas, sliced 2 small or 1 large box vanilla pudding (cooking kind) Mix 2 cups drained juice with pudding; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Mix with other ingredients, except add bananas shortly before serving. Chill before adding bananas. May be done ahead. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
