KOREAN SALAD 
1/2 lb. spinach, washed & drained
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, drained (may use fresh)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Break up spinach and add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Pour the following dressing over just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped

Shake dressing ingredients in a jar and refrigerate a day or so for flavor.
