SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 bushel tomatoes
4 med. carrots
12 lg. onions
4 peppers
1-2 cloves garlic
8 stalks celery
10 strands parsley
1 pt. oil
8 bay leaves
1/2 c. salt
3-4 c. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil

Grind all but tomatoes. Simmer until thick about 3-4 hours. Then add 1 large can tomato puree, simmer 3-4 hours. Bring to a boil, then pour into jars and seal.
