SPARERIBS 
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. tomato catsup
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp. sugar
2 lbs. spareribs, cut into 3 pieces lengthwise

Marinate meat and mixture overnight. Turn several times. Line shallow pan with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and roast for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Roast another 15 minutes.
