1 lb. imitation crab meat
1 lb. tortellini (cheese)
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. red pepper, cut in strips
4 stalks celery, cut in 1/2 inc chunks
1 c. (14 oz.) artichoke, quartered
1 c. black olives, pitted
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
