EDELWEISS FUDGE PIE 
2 oz. German chocolate (1/2 bar)
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

In large mixer bowl, beat eggs on high speed for 2 minutes. Add sugars and beat on high for 1 minute. At low speed, blend flour for 1 minute. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla and beat 1 1/2 minutes on medium speed. Fold in nuts and coconut.

Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan and bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
