1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. In large saucepan, cook pudding as directed on package. Stir cake mix (dry) into hot pudding. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into pan; sprinkle batter with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
