1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (lg. cooked type)
1 pkg. dry chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Prepare pudding mix as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix into hot pudding. Pour into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream.
