TRIPLE FUDGE CAKE 
1 pkg. (about 4 oz.) chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large sauce pan, cook chocolate pudding as directed on package. Blend dry cake mix thoroughly into hot pudding by hand or elcetric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Sprinkle top of batter with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
