1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (cooked type)
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Prepare pudding as directed on package. Blend cake mix (dry mix) into the hot pudding. Batter will be puffy and bubbly. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle top of batter with the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut in squares. Serve warm or cold.
