VELVET WALNUT FUDGE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
12 oz. chocolate chip morsels
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) chocolate fudge instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts on bottom of well greased 10 inch tube pan. Set aside remaining nuts and chocolate chips. Measure remaining ingredients into bowl and blend.

Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing. Cool on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
