SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 boiled chopped eggs
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 tsp. paprika

Peel and chop evenly the potatoes in desired squares. Cook until tender when stuck with fork. Drain and cool completely. Add all remaining ingredients and toss, being careful not to smash potatoes.
