BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, use only the flowerettes and cut into bite size pieces
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
3/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 c. green onion tops, chopped
1/3 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 - 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Wishbone Italian salad dressing

To make the dressing, add the Parmesan cheese to the mayonnaise. Thin out the dressing with the Wishbone Italian. Begin with 3 ounces then if you like a thinner dressing, add more of the Wishbone. Toss dressing through all the other ingredients except the bacon, which is put on top of the tossed salad. Serves 8.
