POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavor
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat 1 to 2 minutes with mixer. Do not over beat. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (may need slightly more).

ICING:

1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each of almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavor
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl and beat 1 to 2 minutes with mixer. Do not overbeat. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (may need slightly more).

Spoon icing over bread while still hot.
