"COMPANY" CHICKEN | |
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, seasoned Spray casserole dish with Pam. Wash and trim chicken breasts and place in casserole. Layer with mushrooms, sliced Swiss cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Cover everything with dry stuffing bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degrees over for 45 minutes. Serve with artichoke hearts and cranberry sauce. |
