CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in all flour, stirring very vigorously over low heat for about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat, beat in all 4 eggs at once. Stir and beat until smooth.

Will become smooth by beating. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cup full 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft. Cut off tops and pull out soft dough. Fill puffs with whipped cream, Cool Whip or pudding, etc.
