GLAZED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1-2 lbs. pecan meats
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

In small bowl beat until frothy the egg white and water. Pour over pecans and toss to slightly cover all nuts. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle over wet pecans, stirring until well coated. Place on large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Store in covered container.
