GLAZED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans

Beat egg white until frosty. Add in water and beat until frosty (not stiff). Add in sugar, salt, cinnamon and pecans. Stir until well coated. Bake 15 minutes on 300 degrees. Take out and stir then bake another 15 minutes.
