1 can corned beef
Onion, finely chopped
Bell pepper, finely chopped
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Use onion and bell pepper to taste. Spread on sandwich bread.
