SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY SPREAD 
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. white grape juice
3 c. chopped fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. frozen cranberry juice, unsweetened concentrated, thawed
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

In a small cup, soften gelatin in grape juice. In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
