CORN CUSTARD FIESTA 
2 c. cream style corn (1 lg. can)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. shredded carrots
Dash of paprika
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crackers, crushed
1/4 c. evaporated milk
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Pour into a buttered 1 quart baking dish. Top with cheese and paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
