COUNTRY SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 lb. Hillshire sausage, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Augratin potatoes
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 med. carrots, cut in 2 inch Julienne strips
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In electric skillet brown sausage and onions with oil add potatoes and sauce. Mix with 3 cups hot water bring to boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add carrots. Cook until tender but crisp. Add thawed broccoli which has been well drained. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook time about 1/2 hour.
