2 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. cold coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt

Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
