VANILLA CRUMB PIE 
2 c. sugar (white)
2 pt. water
2 c. maple syrup
2 eggs, well beaten
4 heaping tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Boil above ingredients together. Set aside to cool. When cool divide into 3 unbaked pie crusts. Crumbs for on top: 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix this together and put on top of mixture in crusts. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
