GUMMY STARS 
6 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin dessert
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Confectioners' sugar

1. In 2 quart saucepan combine gelatin and boiling water; stir to dissolve gelatin completely. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.

2. Rinse 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan in cold water; do not dry. Pour hot gelatin mixture into wet pan; refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm.

3. Cut gelatin into star shapes, using 1 1/2 inch cutter; toss in confectioners' sugar. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 week. Makes about 20 pieces.
