SPAGHETTI 5 STAR 
1 lb. Italian bulk sausage
1 lb. ground beef (or more)
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. spaghetti sauce seasoning
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 cans water
3 cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. dry red wine (optional)

Brown meat in large heavy pan. Drain off any grease. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Serve with cooked spaghetti. (You may want to cut in half the amount of spice ingredients.)
