SESAME SEED STAR CRACKERS 
2 jars (2 5/8 oz.) sesame seeds, toasted
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 c. butter
1/2 c. ice water
Paprika

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Slowly stir in water with fork until moistened. Shape into ball, cover, and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out dough, part at a time, to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch star cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet, prick with a fork and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees until lightly brown. Makes about 10 dozen.
