GREEN BEAN SPECIAL 
1 tsp. bacon chips
1 tbsp. butter
1 finely minced garlic cloves
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 chopped tomato
2 1/2 c. green beans
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. water

In skillet, saute bacon chips in butter until lightly brown. Add garlic, onion and green pepper and saute until onions are golden. Stir in tomato, green beans, salt, pepper, oregano and water. Cover and cook gently until beans are tender, about 15 minutes.
