SPECIAL GREEN BEANS 
4 c. cooked green beans
1 thinly sliced onion
1 tsp. paprika
5 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. mustard
Garlic salt to taste
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. parsley
4 tbsp. oil

Place green beans and onion in mixing bowl. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Combine spices in separate small bowl. Add vinegar. Add oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring well after each addition. Pour over beans, mixing lightly.

Let stand at least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. This may be served hot or cold.
