SHRIMP SALAD 
1 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. cooked shrimp
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. French dressing
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix rice, shrimp and vegetables. Mix salt, lemon juice, French dressing and mayonnaise; pour over the shrimp and vegetables. Mix lightly and chill at least 1 hour.

Serves 4.
