LEN'S SHRIMP SALAD 
5 lbs. fresh shrimp
1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Dab basil and white pepper
More than a sprinkle of garlic powder
3 caps full of lemon juice
Mayonnaise, just enough to hold together

Bring salted water to a boil. Add shrimp. Boil 3 minutes. Turn off and let stand approximately 5 minutes. Chop vegetables. Drain shrimp and peel. Cut up. Add vegetables and rest of ingredients. Beat after it sits in refrigerator a couple of hours.
