CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. bourbon, optional

Beat eggs. Blend in sugar, flour, butter, vanilla and bourbon. Stir in pecans and chocolate pieces. Pour into prepared shell. Bake in a slow oven (325 degrees) for 50 minutes. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, pecans and chocolate pieces, if you wish. Best served slightly warm.
