BAKED CHICKEN (LOW CALORIE RECIPE) | |
4 whole broiler-fryer breasts, skinned 1/2 c. unseasoned fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried thyme (or 1/4 tsp. powdered thyme) 1 tsp. dried basil 1/2 c. butter Remove skin from chicken. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, Accent, salt, and herbs. Dip chicken into melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Coat well. Place in single layer on foil lined baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. may double or triple crumb recipe and keep for future use. |
