LEMON BARBECUE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. each rosemary, marjoram and thyme
1/2 c. melted butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Mix together and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour over cut-up chicken and marinate several hours. Broil the drained chicken on the grill or in the oven, using the reserved marinade to brush on the chicken as it cooks. Cook until done.
