CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) cherry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple
Celery & grapes

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until set. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Whip whipping cream. Beat in softened cream cheese and sugar. Fold in marshmallows. Spread on set Jello.
