CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries 2 c. sugar 1 lb. seedless red grapes, halved 1 c. chopped pecans, toasted 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Coarsely chop cranberries with knife blade of food processor. Combine cranberries and sugar. Chill 8 hours. Drain for 2 hours. Combine cranberries, grapes and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. |
