SQUASH WITH CHILIES 
3 lb. yellow squash
2 cans chopped green chilies
2 lb. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 onion, chopped

Boil squash in water; drain and set aside. Saute onion in butter. Put onions, squash and chilies in baking pan and top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
