CLAM LINGUINE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 (6 oz.) cans chopped clams
2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute in 1/4 cup butter the garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Add the basil, oregano, and the juice ONLY from the clams. Let simmer until some of the liquid is reduced. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, the clams and the Parmesan cheese. Stir and cook until all ingredients are blended. Spoon over cooked linguini noodles.
