SQUASH DIVINE 
2 lbs. squash, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine squash, onion, cheese, egg, salt and pepper in bowl. Blend with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
