HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 box pineapple cake mix (or yellow)
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 bag coconut
1 can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare and bake cake in large sheet pan (like turkey pan). Cool. Pour on pineapple with syrup. Make pudding and put over pineapple. Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese together and put on top of pudding. (Cream cheese can be left out.) Brown coconut in a little butter in skillet (stir often). Sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
