2 tbsp. butter
4 sm. new potatoes, quartered
1 lb. fresh snow peas
1 sm. onion, sliced into rings
1/2 tsp. salt

In a heavy skillet melt the butter. Add the potatoes and fry over medium heat until golden and crisp. Add the snow peas, onion and salt; fry for 5-7 minutes, until the peas are crisp and tender. Serves 6.
