PINEAPPLE - LIME CHICKEN MOLD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 c. cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 c. celery & leaves

Pour lime Jello into bowl, drain pineapple and save juice. Add enough water to juice to make two cups. Heat mixture to boiling and stir into gelatin to dissolve. Beat in mayonnaise and sour cream. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold pineapple, chicken and celery into gelatin. Pour into large or 8 small molds. Chill until firm.
