BREAD PUDDING 
1 loaf Sunmaid raisin bread
7 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. milk
2 sticks butter, melted
1 lg. can fruit cocktail

Cut whole loaf of bread cross-wise so that each piece of bread forms two triangle slices. In a large baking pan, place the bread on bottom of greased pan, overlapping each other to cover entire bottom of pan. In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and add sugar and brown sugar. Stir to blend well until creamy. Add cinnamon, vanilla, milk and butter and cook for 5 minutes. Add beaten eggs to mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add fruit cocktail to mixture. Remove from heat and blend well. Pour mixture over raisin bread. Make sure bread is completely covered. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until very brown. Serve with bread pudding sauce.

BREAD PUDDING SAUCE:

1 stick butter, melted & cooled 10 minutes
2 oz. light rum
2 oz. amaretto
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator. Just before serving, spoon sauce over hot bread pudding.
