SPINACH AND CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
6 cloves garlic, minced

Cut cabbage in quarters and remove core. Loosen cabbage and place in pan with 2 inches of water. Add frozen spinach and steam all together until cooked.

Remove from pan and strain until almost dry. Brown garlic (heavy on garlic) in olive oil using a deep frying pan. Add cabbage and spinach, salt and pepper to taste. Saute until you feel all flavoring is cooked in.

Use as your vegetable with steak, chops, hamburgers or any other meat dish. Savor the garlic flavor.
