GRAPENUT PUDDING 
4 c. milk
3/4 c. Grapenut cereal
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Warm milk, then pour over Grapenuts. Let stand 15 minutes. Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir to mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan or large casserole; sprinkle with nutmeg. Place pan in larger pan with an inch or 2 of hot water in bottom of large pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until set.
